Ride! Sing! Repeat! began as a wild idea and has now become a beloved festival classic. 

An opera bus filled with singers travels across Denmark, bringing mini operas to streets, squares and unexpected corners of everyday life. On this page, you can follow along as we reveal routes, singers and dates.

Four opera singers perform short mini works along a route that this year stretches from Folkemødet on Bornholm to Hellerup, IKEA, street food markets, playgrounds, community halls, Christiania, Rigshospitalet and, of course, the festival site at Nørrebro. 

Ride! Sing! Repeat! challenges the idea of where opera belongs and brings the music directly into everyday life. Meet characters like Escamillo, Violetta, Musetta and Prince Orlofsky, as if they are simply out in the city living their best lives. With classic arias, high energy and maximum drama, the singers transform the streets into a living opera stage.
